Dashboard
Analytics
The Analytics page provides broad insight to total orders in dollar amount and case quantities. This can be filtered by day, week, month, quarter, or year. You can toggle between your unique orders or your store as a whole by selecting For Buyer or For Store in the upper right corner. Additionally, you can see top products by value and quantity at the bottom on the screen.

Orders
Your Orders / Your Store / Store Buyers
In the Orders Tool you can review the POs you placed, those your store has placed, and those other buyers associated with your account might have placed
You have the option to export your order history, filter by Brand or by Checkout Date, and see orders that are Pending, In Progress, or Fulfilled

Samples
The Samples tool works similarly to the Orders tool. When you request a sample from a vendor, they will receive a notice to process the shipment as they would an order. You can track your requests, your store's, and other buyers' requests in the Sample tool. You can also view your sample history, those pending, fulfilled, and cancelled.
Credit Memos - How to Process
You can access Credit Memos within the Payments tool of your dashboard. Credit memos can be applied to your account when a claim has been processed. You can access the status, amount, expiry date, and a PDF copy within the tool.
Instructions are below for how to process a credit memo:
If payment is by check or ACH, the retailer can instruct Pod to apply it on their remittance
If the payment is by credit card, the retailer can email ar@podfoods.co and let us know they want to apply the credit memo on their next order

Monthly Statements
Manage your monthly statements and access ACH information, where to mail a check, etc
Click into month-specific reports with the option to export as PDF or Excel

Payments - How to pay an invoice
Set up and maintain banking information to process payments. You can choose either a credit card payment or set up ACH payments. Pod uses Plaid to connect to your account. We accept credit card, ACH, or check. Mailing address can be found in monthly statements in the Payments Tool detailed in the previous section.
To download your invoices and proof of deliveries (PODs), please visit https://podfoods.co/tracking and enter in your account email (typically your store email). Alternatively, you may also login to your buyer dashboard and access them under the Orders tab. If you still require assistance, please email ar@podfoods.co.

How do I submit a claim?

Note: If a Pod Direct order is mispicked, please file a claim with photos.If a Pod Direct order arrives damaged, please file a claim with photos.If a Pod Direct order does not arrive, please file a claim with the 3rd party carrier.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are consolidated in your dashboard in the Orders tool and are based on each unique checkout
How does shipping work?
Pod Direct retailers can purchase products from all Pod Direct vendors in our catalog. Each vendor will ship directly to your store and the invoices will be consolidated in your dashboard with tracking information. Shipping is free for the retailer.
Refer-a-Brand
You can input brands that you would like to purchase on the Pod platform. Please refer to this link or you can access the tool in your dashboard. Once submitted, the vendor and the Pod category management team, will be prompted to connect and begin the onboarding process


App - HeyPod
Pod offers an app - HeyPod - on the App Store and Google Play. The app allows you all the same features as your dashboard on desktop, in addition to the ability to scan barcodes and add items directly to your cart.
